An in person instructional tutorial on how to properly brush your pets to avoid matting.

Extra Fees

• Travel Fee ($60 Individual Service)
• Aggressive behavior ($200+)
• Uncooperative behavior ($100+)
• Extra care (Senior/After Surgery/Sensitive $100+)
• Urine/Defecate in van ($20 per occurrence)
• Before/After hours ($300)
• Emergency Grooming (Skunk, mud, poop etc.) $500 + cost of service

Matted Pets

Heavily matted pets will not be an option for dematting. Dematting a heavily matted pet is inhumane as it can cause pain, skin irritation and possible lacerations. Shave downs will be required. To avoid matting proper brushing and combing daily will keep the matts away!
